Hazelden Equestrian Centre Ltd
Hazelden Equestrian Centre is a family run riding and livery school near Glasgow. Located just off junction 5 of the southern orbital, on Hazelden Road in Mearnskirk surrounded by open countryside. The centre was established in 1945 and is now being run by the 3rd generation of the same family.
As one of only a small number BHS (British Horse Society) approved riding centres in Glasgow area, Hazelden prides itself on taking great care of customers and horses. The centre has a fantastic selection of well schooled horses and ponies with lovely temperaments, suitable for the complete beginner to the advanced rider. And with 5 BHS approved instructors, the centre is able to offer a variety of lessons and courses that cater for all abilities. In addition riding lessons, Hazelden offers two types of livery: full livery or grass livery.
The fantastic facilities include a large outdoor and a large indoor arena. Horses are kept in America barn style stabling with automatic water drinkers. There is also a solarium. A tack and clothing shop is on site.
Apart from the liveries on this place who are lovely and very helpful the owners have absolutely disgusting behaviour! Even if I got paid would never go back to this yard wish is ashame cause the liveries on it are nice and had good facilities!
