I used to go there in the early sixties when the super strong Rose Crawford ran the stables .I have great memories as a volunteer mucking out grooming and getting free riding lessons for my work.Pluto and the feisty Bridget were my usual rides.I had a few friends who also volunteered and a couple who used it for livery.we used to go upstairs in the club room and listen to music and have a laugh. GOOD TIMES.
