Wethersfield Riding Stables
Wethersfield Riding Stables is close to the Essex/Suffolk border. The centre is easily accessible from the M11, A12 and A120. Located only 30 minutes from Stansted Airport and within a 10 mile radius of Braintree, Dunmow and Sudbury.
Please note Wethersfield Riding Stables no longer provide horses for riding lessons. However, the centre still offers stabling, grazing and riding lessons for horse owners. The superb facilities with large stables, 8 acres of post and rail fencing, all year turnout, 20x40m all weather floodlit ménage and professional advice always available if needed.
All lessons are taken by chief instructor Stephanie Parker who is a BHSAI with many years experience working in the industry. Stephanie is dedicated to providing a high standard of horse riding instruction for adults and children of all levels of ability. Lessons take place in an outdoor 20 x 40m all weather riding arena. Alternatively Stephanie can travel to your yard if you require a lesson on your own horse. There is no charge for travel expenses within a 10 mile radius of Wethersfield.
Stephanie and the team at Wethersfield Riding Stables take a holistic approach each lesson is tailored to your individual need and aim to build your riding skills, confidence, security and understanding of how you influence the horse. Stable management instruction is available for people who want to know more about the care of horses or are training for BHS exams.
