Throstle Nest Riding School
Throstle Nest Riding School is a small family run equestrian centre Established over 30 years ago and open 7 days a week. The centre caters for riders of all levels of ability and confidence, from age 4 and above, there is a weight limit of 14 stone though. Throstle Nest Riding School is British Horse Society Approval, as well as being licensed by Bradford Council, entailing annual inspections/checks.
Throstle Nest Riding School offers lessons for beginner riders, returning riders, riders who wish to jump or learn about dressage, riders who want to have fun or just go for a hack. For children, the Pony Club will educated them in horse care and basic riding in a fun and enjoyable way. The centre is also home to the Disabled Group is based at the riding school offering both group and individual sessions for children and adults.
Throstle facilities include an outdoor arena (20m x 40m), a jumping paddock and a cross country course with fences ranging from 12 inches to 3 foot high.
