Emmerson Riding School
The Emmerson Riding School is an approved British Horse Society Riding Centre as is the livery yard and showing yard.
The Riding School accepts riders from total beginners from the age of three to more advanced level children and adults.
Riders are given the opportunity of riding in the Indoor School, Outdoor School, Outside grass arenas, with hacks out on the country lanes at the foot of the Cleveland Hills.
Lessons are given on an hourly or half hourly basis in the form of a group (max 5 children) or on an individual basis. Riders are placed in groups of similar ability, so no one is held back or feels out of their comfort level. The chief instructor is Sarah Emmerson who is a BHS AI INT SM registered instructor and is also an Accredited BHS/BSPS Show Trainer.
Every school holiday there are a number of activity days on offer from own a pony day to jumping competitions.
