Cilan Riding Centre
Cilan Riding Centre is a long established riding centre, which rides on the beautiful Cilan Headland, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and of Special Scientific Interest. The headland is situated 3 miles from Abersoch village centre, on the Lleyn Peninsula, in Gwynedd, North Wales.
The riding is ideally suited for experienced and novice riders as well as children and feature no roads. All rides are escorted to ensure your enjoyment of the magnificent panoramic views of Hell’s Mouth Bay (Porth Neigwl), Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli, Isle of the Saints), Snowdonia, and Cardigan Bay, together with an opportunity to notice some of the rare flora and fauna.
The centre is open during the main summer holiday season and welcomes all including children ages 4 and up. Maximum weight to ride approx. 14 stones. Groups are welcome, but booking in advance is advisable.
