Bowlings Riding School
As a family run business established in 1978, Bowlings Riding School prides itself on providing a friendly and happy environment in which to learn to ride. With an indoor and outdoor arena, lessons and activities continue, come rain or shine.
Bowlings offers a range of activities with individual and small group riding lessons available. Hacks through beautiful woodland and open farmland are also on offer. The school has a large number of horses and ponies, suitable for novices and more experienced riders.
Children have the chance to stay for half a day or a full day. These offer the chance to learn about ponies care and stable management as well as the riding. Plus, as a Pony Club Centre, children without their own pony have the opportunity to become a member of the Pony Club and work towards achievement badges.
As a BHS approved training centre, Bowlings offers a range of course (to Stage III). The yard is also the base for the Pembrokeshire College Equine Studies course. The school is also an RDA Centre catering for those with more specific needs.
