Apollo Stables Equestrian Centre, friendly family run yard established 2001. Specialising in teaching children and adults with fun and confidence building lessons. A BHS (British Horse Society) Approved centre.
The centre offers instruction from 4 years of age upwards and has no maximum limit. There is also a Pony Club Centre, which offers children the ability to looking after and learn to ride ponies without the cost of ownership.

This establishment is brilliant! Emma (instructor) is down to earth and advises you accordingly. She would never make you do something you didn’t feel comfortable with. Horses are well taken care of and it’s obvious to see that safety for both horse and rider is first and foremost. Great precautions are taken during COVID. There’s hand sanitizer everywhere, masks are worn and tack is cleaned after each use. Love this place!

I come to Apollo Stables every Saturday and I honestly look forward to it all week. The horses are all very well looked after and Emma and Tracey are amazing! Such a lovely atmosphere, friendly vibe and I’m learning so much for my riding and horse care. (I’ve also noticed how brilliant they are with the kids too!)
On top of this I feel confident coming here with the Covid procedures they have in place (I was initially worried and totally put at ease by how well they handle everything). Everyone wears a mask and gloves, theres alcohol gel, social distancing and all equipment is cleaned after every session.
Would completely recommend! I’ll definitely be around a lot more me thinks.
